
Sales Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities in pharma, biotech, and chemical industries
- Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with clients
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution
Service Responsibilities:
- Installation and commissioning of fermenters, bioreactors, autoclaves, and other machinery
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
- Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues
- Conduct preventive maintenance and service visits
- Train customers on machine operation and maintenance
- Prepare service reports and documentation
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, instruments, or process equipment
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Willingness to travel for client visits and service support
- Customer-focused attitude
Qualification:
- Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field
- Experience: 1 to 2 years (Freshers with technical knowledge can also apply)
