Thank you for purchasing industrial and laboratory equipment from ssfermenterbioreactor.com. We are committed to delivering high-quality stainless steel fermenters, bioreactors, and custom process systems. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. General Return Guidelines

  • Standard Products: Unused, standard-catalog items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, un-installed condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Custom & Built-to-Order Equipment: Because many of our fermenters, bioreactors, and vessels are custom-engineered or fabricated to exact client specifications (capacity, agitation design, port configurations, automation levels), custom-built items are non-returnable and non-refundable once fabrication has commenced.

2. Return Process & Restocking Fees

  • Return Authorization: Before returning any item, you must contact our support team at support@ssfermenterbioreactor.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.

  • Restocking Fee: Approved returns on standard catalog items are subject to a 15% to 25% restocking fee to cover inspection, testing, and repackaging.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, including secure crating, freight, and insurance. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Defective Shipments

  • Please inspect all crates and equipment immediately upon delivery.

  • Note any external damage clearly on the freight carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic and video evidence. We will work swiftly to repair, replace, or dispatch replacement components under warranty terms.
